The 242 hectares land has around 25% of the dam's water area, where it is possible to build and create an ecovilla or tourism project - the sale value is around 3 Million Euros and whoever buys it receives all the work we've already done:

- Researches/ Studies: Landscape Design (TerraCrua), Soil Analysis (Agrodrone), Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Methodologies (ERC) and local and regional Environmental Study (internal)
- Beginning of the licensing process (Information of meetings with CM Lagos, CM Monchique, APA and the ongoing PIP)
